Does anyone else get ill so often?

I'm ill again. Aches, pains, shivers, temperature. I have tried so hard this year to not have time off but I just seem to pick up bugs all the time. Does anyone else find this? Is it linked to endo? And what can I do to help myself?

I know it may sound silly but have you tried looking at your diet at all to find foods that help you feel more energetic and help you feel better? I am also trying acupuncture at the moment and it has made me feel more energetic then ever before and I suffer from feeling tired alot of the time.

Hi, sorry you feel like this. Endo is known to affect our immune system therefore we are more prone to picking up bugs. The only thing we can do is live as healthily as possible i.e.diet, exercise, sleep and relaxation.

Hi, endo does have an effect on your immune system and I found I used to pick up lots of bugs that took ages to go away. Since being on prostap I have only had a couple of sniffles so it's definitely linked xx

Try taking selenium and ginseng and a really good multivitamin, I found that really helped build up immune system and gave me more energy, they take a while to get into your system though so don't expect a result over night.

A good quality probiotic supplement would really help your immune system.

Not Yakult or any of the commercial stuff. There is one called Optibac which is sold in Waitrose. Cheap probiotics won't work
