Just wanted to share something that’s been hard to talk about lately. Ive had a really bad month of pain that’s actually making me feel really down and having feelings of depression. I can’t sleep at night. So am exhausted most of the day. And keep falling asleep in the afternoon. Some days it’s a struggle to get up and go to work. I’m even too tired to muster up any interest in Christmas 🎄 😬

Feeling down are normal thoughts when you’re racked with pain. This condition can be awful at times.Have you seen GP and had any bloods recently? Vit D, iron, B’s really important, they can check these. It’s important to make sure there isn’t anything else underlying going on. 🙂
GP is there to help, don’t forget you’re paying into their salary, it’s not free as such.
I don’t know if this helps, do take care and don’t be hard on yourself 🙂
Yes, I feel constantly tired! I didn't realise how much of a toll endo takes on your body. I've suffered from depression for many years now but it is worse when my endo is worse. I keep in contact with my GP who adjusts my anti-depressants accordingly.
