I haven’t posted in a long while . I just really felt the need to write something. Guys I’m really tired of being tired and achy all the time , I’m tired of the intensity of my pain it’s back and it gets really really bad . I don’t leave my house for more than a 5 mile radius Because I’m so afraid of a flare up coming up in a public place . I really wish someone would find a cure or an advanced technology that would really help treat this condition. It’s 2019 already there must be something , anything ? I wish I didn’t have to keep wishing . Rant over ( I’m super hormonal)

Tired of this
It is exhausting i know , sending hugs. I was given Degesterol contraceptive pill today to try out. I willing to try anything that helps with the draining fatigue, heavy dragging sensation in my whole torso. Im am trying my best to eat endo friendly vitamins/foods to help heal my body if thats possible. Its such a terrible hidden condition. I see MP will be looking into endo so they may be future hope for us all. You are doing your best, be kind to yourself
Thank you for this lovely response . degesterol ? I haven’t heard of it , I hope it works I stopped taking Norimin decided I just didn’t want Hormones for a while. I wish you a future that’s pain free . Keep at the diet I am currently on a gluten free and dairy free diet and it definitely helps to some extent I guess . Plenty of warm hugs xxxx ❤️❤️
Sending love and solidarity. I’m so sorry it’s so hard. I don’t have solutions as I’m at the start of my journey, but hopefully knowing you’re not alone provides some comfort. X
Just want to let you know I’m thinking of you. You’re not alone, even though it feels like it a lot of the time. Get plenty of rest and look after yourself. X
Going through a very bad bout right now myself. Your post echoes how I feel. Relentless pain. So tiring.
Group hug.
Hey there, sounds really bad. I got the pain when I had endo really bad.
With regs to the fatigue I also suffered terribly with that and was anemic. After iron infusions I realised I needed b12 supplements and so take a strong b complex with that included you need the strongest b12 possible.
Also vit D is very good. I’m not doing Chinese herbs for fatigue and it’s help loads.
With regs to this pain you need to keep going back to the GP until they take it seriously it’s not acceptable you have to live like this.
I used to take painkillers with food on the onset of the pain and then every 4 hours on my bad days. It’s only after surgery you realise how periods can be pain free. After suffering for 26 years it’s nothing short of a miracle when you experience that.
Goodluck keep the suppliments up the b12 made a massive difference to my life I hope it does for you too x
