Just a thought! I have stage four endo and had two surgeries for it as I keep getting chocolate or blood cysts. I find that food triggers it I am so strict with gluten and diary free but find it is expensive to keep up. Does anyone agree we should have the same treatment for like vouchers to help with gf and df? Just an idea I think it would help massively with everyones inflammation and pain!!

Yes I wish we could but doubt we ever will ive been having normal bread on occasions because I hate gf and hate paying for it as well x
Totes agree!
The only one I like is the warbotons gluten free it's almost £4 I've just started having one normal a day everything is so expensive on endo diet I've cut meat out now but replacing with some things still means I'm spending same or more but then feel guilty for eating gluten filled bread or cheese
Hi. It is a good idea. The only problem though, as far as I am aware, (and I could be wrong), the medical professionals don’t mention exclusion anti inflammatory diet as a tool to help manage/ reduce pain from endometriosis.
Maybe this should be the first step?
Hi! I’ve been told this by four consultants and my main one who is really good and supportive - it does make a diff if you haven’t tried it! But costly!
I agree with you Ryan’s that it makes a massive difference. This is how I managed to survive when I had no medical support. I put myself on the exclusion anti inflammatory diet according to the food I was reacting to and on the advice of fellow endo warriors, GPS never helped.
Post op, I am sticking to it as, it is a very healthy diet, and I can feel the inflammation coming back when I try to have normal food.
My diet is free from: gluten, dairy, soya, chocolate (contains both soya and milk), brown rice, apples, baked/dry beans, tomato purée. Instead I have decaf coffee, vegan chocolate, gluten free bread/pasta/flour, coconut milk (oat milk contains gluten 🙄). I am also human and stray off the golden path sometimes...
