5 weeks post op and bleeding

Hi endo warriors,

I am 5 weeks post op and I have just started bleeding (dark) again. I was wondering if I should be concerned? I had the mirena in during surgery (3rd one) and I remember my dr saying if i bleed I need to start another hormonal tablet but I really don’t want to. Is this normal to bleed? Maybe my mirena settling or could it be endo growing that I need to stop right away? Thank you for your replies.
