Clothing for swollen pelvis

This is a bit of a random question but other than jogging bottoms and pyjamas what clothing to people find comfortable?

It’s all rather depressing, I have severe stage 4 endometriosis for which I’ve had 4 surgeries so far and any further surgery comes with a high risk of causing “more harm than good”.

I’m really struggling to find anything to wear which I look reasonably presentable in and also feel comfortable. I haven’t been able to wear anything with a buttoned waist for a couple of years and now I can’t even wear those “jegging” type jeans as they all put to much pressure on my permanently very swollen pelvis.

I have always been a size 8-10 until having the mirena fitted and my 2nd chemical menopause and I’ve gained weight and now size 14-16. Which doesn’t help as I feel the weight is also putting pressure on my problem areas, I hate it and don’t even eat much but also unable to exercise due to constant pain.

I’ve been resigned to dresses since the beginning of the year, had to buy new wardrobe 🤦‍♀️. Recently bought dungarees, so can wear jeans again 🥳

I hope research provides another option for you.

I have some maternity leggings and things for the days where I find other clothing is just too tight.
