Hi all, my stomach has flared up again because I’m ovulating. It’s so painful and I’m so tired I could sleep standing up. Last month I had my period and it lasted 2 days. I used to have heavy periods but as the pains got worse they’ve gotten lighter, they used to be regular but last month a week after my period I came back on for a few days then it stopped. This month I haven’t had a period and I’m ovulating, the pain is excruciating and so uncomfortable. I’m stressed out, none of my doctors are listening to me and the pain is getting worse and worse. Again, my bowel and bladder movement is affected during the flare up, as the pain has progressed it’s added more problems. When I’m ovulating the pain is so bad and it feels like something is going to explode on my right hand side!

NO PERIOD
Hey, So sorry you’re in pain ❤️
I’ve been having a similar problem!
I’ve been told that my period has “disappeared” because I have the Mirena coil in, but I’ve had it in for 3 years and it’s only in the last few months that my periods have stopped. I’m not convinced!
Do you take any medication?
Ovulation pain is a really tough situation. Things that helped me that may be worth a try: osteopathic manipulation (my wife is a US trained osteopathic physician and she does pelvic alignment and nerve distraction techniques every two or three weeks), quercetin supplement (this is an antioxidant and there are some theories that endometriosis is linked with oxidative stress), Ovira TENS unit (this treats nerve pain with gentle electrical stimulation), and cramp bark (can be taken as a supplement or as a tea - I like Wise Woman Herbals).
I hope you find some relief soon!
