Do I have endo?

I am 22 and have been surveying for endo like pain since I was 16 I wanted to no if anyone who has endo has it on there bowl or has had it spread I only have suspected endo I have not had surgery to rull it out I am on the hormone injection and it’s helping with my pain but this week I had to go to the doctor as I was in a lot of pain in my stomach they said it was the lining of my stomach but in the abdominal examination I was hurting everywhere even lower down and anyways I got omeprosal but thing is I am strugling with my bowel movements diffrent than usal strugling to go could it be me or could this be due to endo as time of my month I always strugle with my bowel bit more sharp pains and needing to go but not actul going anyone experenced endo in the bowel and what dose it feel like ? Xx

Endo can have spread to bowel and causes constipation or diarrhoea and pain on going. Are you taking any pain killers? Many, particular codeine can cause constipation so can cause pain too.

Also the hormone injections aren’t recommended to people under 23 as long term effects not known. Do ask your gp or consultant why they are using. They are no longer considered a diagnostic tool and surgery is thought better.

I have bowel endo and due to this tethering and adhesions in the bowel. At first they thought I had Crohn's or bowel cancer. Endo mimicks other illness to be safe please push for a GP appointment and ask to be referred to either an endo clinic or a bowel consultant. Ideally you need a colonoscopy to help with a diagnosis.

My bowel issues always happen during ovulation and that's how endo was first suspected. I would write a diary of all your problems, every day to see if there is a significance with your cycle.

My bowel issues hapen in ovulation as well and we some times after sex or anything in that nature I can get diareah but I have been on the injection 4 months now and the pain has decreased that’s for sure but I have the worst migraines everrr and my doctor says to take me off the injection but I don’t want to 😳😳😳😳 as it’s the only thing that helps me
