Recently diagnosed with Endometriosis

Hey all, iv very recently been diagnosed with endo, had op on the 2nd October which they lasered away the spot that i had and also had the mirana coil fitted. I am still recovering but what should and shouldn't i be doing? I was up and out after 2 days and have been doing school runs etc but no heavy lifting or anything that could affect me. The GP did think i may have a blood clot due to out of breathe and dizziness but all tests regarding this came back clear. I feel more sore today on the bikini line incision. What can i do to soothe the soreness??

I'm sorry no one replied. It really is very individual. The wound should be healing by now but if it is red and sore it might be best to get it checked out.

Sorry you are feeling sore, just so I can understand a little bit more, how long did you take care of yourself after the surgery? I imagine was a laparoscopy right? I have had 8 laparoscopic surgeries so far and my body has reacted differently when recovering, but I never got up 2 days later to do any sort of activities, as I believe your body goes through a shock internally and sometimes we think we feel ok to get up and do our normal activities but scars inside need time to heal... I really hope is nothing serious and you are feeling better now 💓
