Sore lips on face

So In February I had two operations I had a total hysterectomy and bowel surgery due to stage 4 endo.

Now I have started to get a symptoms that I used to get when I had it? I’m worried it’s coming back.

I used to get really sore red lips that would burn and feel sore and itchy and achy legs anyone else had these symptoms ?
