I have a scan tomorrow my belly button hurts!

Long story short my Pain is back after 3 years and 2 laps one round of zolodex and a baby.. I’m back in pain.. anyway I paid privately to see myL Consultant so it would be faster. 1 day later I’m having a scan with the lady he works with who’s an expert at seeing Endometriosis on internal scans he just wants to see how bad everything is again and then the plan is putting me back on zolodex which I loved the first time. Then waiting for lap which might be a long time though the bha due to COVID but least I’ll be on the zolodex to help the pain

Belly button which is kinda freaking me out.

It looks sore and I’m just like OMG.

Hope you are feeling a little better, sorry to hear your pain returned but congrats on the baby! How did your scan go and what type of scan did you have? Just curious as I’ve recently experienced belly button issues, similarly looked swollen like yours and had blood and pus seeping from it (sorry, gross I know). I also had ongoing pain in the belly button, with incredibly intense pain over a week. I went for an ultrasound yesterday and thankfully it’s not a cyst or lump, but could be an endo related flare up resulting in an infection in the belly button :/

I just came across this post.

Did you ever get to the bottom of it? I only ask because my belly button looked the same, was tender and inflammed plus I would bleed from there. I was later diagnosed with umbilical endometriosis and it wasn’t picked up by an ultrasound but by an MRI.
