Hair loss on Zoladex

Hey everybody, I’m new to this.

I’ve been treating my endometriosis with zoladex and have been for the last year. I’ve been suffering terribly with side effects but I’ve noticed my hair is getting extremely thin now. I’ve been told that this is due to the hormonal changes.

Has anyone got any tips or advice on how I can help this situation?

TIA

Hi I went through the same as you and my daughter who is a hair dresser said it was because of the increase of sweat on the scalp. The salt blocks the hair follicle causing the hair to break therefore thin the hair. I don’t know if it would work with you but I began using Lanza Healing Nourishing Stimulating Shampoo. It’s an expensive brand but it cured the thinning hair 😄

I’m going to start trying some hair skin and nails vitamins and some biotin shampoo 🤞🏼 I’m thinking of stopping the zoladex for now anyway.

Thank you so much xxx
