Does anyone have experience/options of non hormonal endo ‘treatments’, that can help with cysts mainly? I didn’t suffer with cysts until a couple of years ago, but they seem to be becoming more regular. I had surgery in October to remove 2, and I now have 2 growing back. They’re small, and not an issue yet... Gyno tried to put me on the mini pill to help prevent them. Back story, I suffer with migraines, I can usually control them, to a degree and only suffer 1-2 times every couple of months. However, whenever i’m on hormones, they skyrocket and are uncontrollable. I’ve had the combined pill, 3 types of mini-pill, injections, implant and the Marina coil. All caused my migraines to be uncontrollable. This last pill sent gyno wanted to try, causes the same issues. 15 migraines during the first 3 weeks. It just isn’t worth the side effects, but i’m worried the cysts will continue to grow and I don’t want another surgery if I can avoid it.
Any advice welcome!
Thanks

I'm looking into non hormonal treatments but haven't found any thing particularly strong evidence based.in short all the herbal supplements that help with inflammation so curcumin, rosemary, pine bark, green tea have been noted to improve endo symptoms.
I've noted several people saying they changed their diets to help manage the symptoms (so take out inflammatory foods which is meat n dairy) this also links to some studies on animals that showed exposure to dioxins causing an increase in endometriosis symptoms and recurrence of growths. Dioxins are mostly built in food sources but could also be present personal care items(anything from tampons to shampoo that touches your skin) .
