Hi Everyone,

Another phone call with GP today and white blood count was low and inflammation was found but not low enough to be referred to haematologists and nothing more was said about it.

She suggested peppermint again for my symptoms and I just don’t know what to do anymore it’s ridiculous 😕

Don’t know what to do anymore, any advice would be great x

Hi my levels were low and got referred but haematology wouldn’t do anything. So I looked up what to raise levels. I added foods and supplements to my diet and now my levels are low normal. It took time and effort and I’m keeping it up as I like the benefits.
