Say no to hormones?

Does anyone actually say no to hormones and try to handle it in a more natural way?

I’m on a double dose of cerazette at the moment. My hair is falling out massively, I haven’t had a libido in YEARS and I can’t stop putting weight on. Plus I’m still having a cycle (but no bleeding) under a double dose. Before all of this started happening I was coming off hormones as I was sick of them and now I’m forced to be on them purely due to my endo.

I’m borderline putting my foot down and taking it into my own hands. Maybe just asking for strong painkillers and then trying acupuncture, cbd oil, my tens machine.

If you do deal with it naturally then could you let me know what you do or use?

Thanks xx

I’m at the same stage as you! I’ve always struggled and have tried EVERY single type of contraception. Mini pill (a number of diff types), combined, injection, Mirena and Jaydess. X

It’s more about diet and vitamins which helps reduce the pain I had less pain in 2 months or less after taking vitamins I went from deliberating pain where I couldn’t walk to being able to hoover up again x

I did for six months before we tried for a baby, it was horrendous but diet helped, keeping active and then using painkillers, mefenamic and tranxemic acid when I needed it x
