The tiniest bit of stress and my pain goes through the roof. As if being in pain 24/7 wasn’t bad enough. Life is full of things that cause stress, and i hate that it effects me and makes this awful disease even worse.

It’s not pointless 🙂. Unfortunately a vicious circle is happening and needs breaking somehow.
Not sure what you’ve done on a regular basis, but a lie down with wheat bags helps me at times. I think the Tramadol might be having a better effect.
Have you tried guided meditation, there are some freebies on amazon and loads on YouTube.
