I struggled to find a good, helpful website about the endo diet. I am also currently a strict vegan so not sure how they will work together.
Can anyone recommend a book or website that will help please?

Hi, hope you are well. Before you embark on another diet have you had any blood test to check for vit D and iron levels? I was vegetarian for a few years and my iron levels had gone extremely low and I personally decided to go back to eating meat..not an easy choise of course but has helped massively with a lot of my endo symtomps the likes of fatigue, extreme blood clotting etc.
During my blood test being completed I discovered that even though I am no intolerant to gluten my boddy does not agree with it. And sugar impact is even worse. So currently I am doing a KETO friendly diet (mostly my version of it following the basic rules) and seems to have keept the inflammation under control a bit more. Currently is my 3rd month following this diet. ( i have severe stage 4 all over my pelvic floor)
I try to eat organic, free range, grass feed food most of the time and whenever I can and nothing that had come from a factory but endo makes sure to let me know is there but a these days a bit less than usual.
Wish you all the best,
Hi. Have you checked out thisendolife - website / podcast etc? Jessica is plant-based and so discusses that, and many useful links and recommendations on the diet, including her own cook book. Henrietta Norton's book also has plant based options and a good discussion of what the diet is trying to achieve
