Hi... I am newby and I was researching more information about bleeding with Endo etc because I've had alot lately, and also water...?
I'm on my period right now but I didnt bleed all yesterday, today I was exercising and all of a sudden my underwear and shorts were soaked in blood out of no where! Is this normal or has something gone wrong?

Unfortunately I can relate to that 🥺 it happens to me all the time. It’s almost like it needed help to all come down at once ie the exercise. Also after a good nights sleep I have to wake up stay still until I’m ready to run to the bathroom or else as soon as I stand up it’s all down my legs and every wear soaked through my pjs. I’m so glad there’s no men on here lol it’s so degrading 🙄
I'm exactly the same. Managed to ruin my brand new bedroom carpet as a result! My husband now gets me a bath towel which I hold to myself to let me get to the bathroom - and that's with me also wearing a mammoth pad. And like you, it's getting worse. I have adenomyosis which apparently explains it xx
O no! It ruins everything! I could have that also I’m not sure honestly I avoid going to the doctors I’ve just put up with it for all these years I try focus on my children and soldier on. But now it’s getting to the point I’m nearly passing out with the pain. I get shooty bum pain and can’t walk so I think it’s attached to my bowel so now it’s time I get sorted can’t hold out anymore. The last thing I want is to pass out in front of the kids. I don’t want the doctors to give me that excuse of aww it will feel like that try these tablets etc.... I want them to actually do something take it away make it better! Don’t just prescribe me tablets or another birth control pill or coil! I think that’s why I’ve avoided them all these years they make me angry lol if only they new how it felt they might pull there fingers out and actually help.
I can totally relate to your frustration here with doctors. Like fair enough if someone has mild symptoms give them the pill or oai killers but if it's having a massive impact on their daily life do something you absolute wastes of space. The way female issues are viewed medically is a joke.
