Anyone got any tips for getting to sleep. Im lucky if i fall asleep before 5am! I go to bed at a reasonable time but cannot sleep. I am completely exhausted both mentally and physically but the pain just keeps me awake. I’ve tried most things (pain relief, lavender, hot baths, reading, sleep tablets, calming/wellbeing apps, light exercise) but nothing works..on the very rare occasion that i do fall asleep at a semi reasonable time the pain wakes me up within an hour then I’m up for the rest of the night. I can’t continue this way or cope with just 2-3 broken hours a night if I’m lucky, i am burning myself out but I don’t know what else i can try. Any ideas or suggestions will be very welcome x
