How long does brown discharge last for women with endometriosis?

I went to the gyno yesterday and he said I might have endo and I'm supposed to do an ultrasound to confirm.However I've been having Brown discharge for 3 weeks,and I'm curious as to when this brown discharge usually ends for women with endometriosis?

the longest ive had it was around 25-30 days! Usually its just 3-7 days

No. I got nexplanon Oct. 2019 to help get my cycle back on track since I’d go 3 months without one or even pms and then this year Feb. 1st- march 4th I had the brown discharge/spotting.
