I have a major op coming up for a full hysterectomy including ovaries and bowel surgery I am so scared they are doing both operations at the same time has anyone experienced this or a similar Situation?

Sorry to hear you are so worried. I haven’t been completely in the same situation as you but I had a hysterectomy 2016 leaving 1 of my ovaries due to my age, and have had to have 3 surgeries since. Currently waiting for removal of my appendix and bowel surgery but my MRI wasn’t clear enough to say how infiltrated it is on my sigmoid colon. It is worrying but honestly if you have suffered like I did before my hysterectomy it’s the best thing you can do. Only advice I have is plenty of rest afterwards, it really does help recovery time. Xx
