proper struggling today

really struggling with pain today got really heavy period to the point im wearing one of my disabled daughters nappies ive pain all down my legs ,back both sides of my pelvis and painkillers isn't even touching it any help what to do would be gratefully received

Hi, sorry you're hurting so much. The only thing that gives me any relief is heat: hot pad on my back and a hotter bottle on my pelvis. Hope that helps.

Hi, I hope it is over by now otherwise you could also try magnesium and drink a lot of tea or water.
