Hi All, I am 23 and had my second surgery on January 02nd 2020 where extensive DIE was found and excised. My first Post app check up is this afternoon (4 weeks on) and I wondered if anyone had some advice / top tips in terms of questions not to miss out! I was already given a very in depth explanatory of my diagnosis including how much DIE I had and where.
Thanks!

They'll most likely go through your results and check how you're doing post op, so scars, pain, any other problems you've noticed.
It'd be a good idea to ask what happens next - usually another appointment is booked at about 4 to 5 months ish to discuss next steps / further treatment, symptoms etc. Perhaps ask what to expect over the following few weeks.
It's a straightforward one - if they've taken photos they may show you those.
I am in a very similar situation to yourself! I am 24! Diagnosed 4 and a half years ago. Had my second op December 2018.
My biggest thing I did after my second op is enquire about a chronic pain clinic. As there is little my consultant can do, other than more operations or a hysterectomy (which I do not want yet), it was ideal. They set me up on a pain management course, physio therapy and a course on the mental journey of how to deal with day to day life.
I am still in a lot of pain, today being the worst I have ever suffered, but having a post operative team helped me
