Has anyone had one ovary removed to help their Endo? Did it help?

Hey, yes I had one ovary and both tubes removed a year ago and had Mirena coil fitted. It has helped significantly with the monthly pain but replaced with a different type of pain where the ovary was. I assume it is adhesions forming. But overall it’s a lot better than it was! Good luck xxx
