I had a lap to diagnose and ablate endo in August, got my follow up in a couple of weeks where I am going to insist I get referred to a specialist endo centre for excision, as I've had barely any relief from surgery. The last few days my pain is getting to an unbearable level. I've considered going to A&E because I've gotten to the point where I'm screaming and crying in pain and can't sleep or eat or anything, and I just need some relief. What can I do in the meantime to ease my pain even a little bit? I am exhausted, and I don't know what to do. I've been prescribed gabapentin, codeine, tramadol, nefopam, nothing seems to do anything. Codeine eases it the tiniest bit but it makes me so constipated, and bowel movements are painful enough as it is, so I'm reluctant to take it. I have a tens machine, hot water bottle used to help a little bit but it's so bad now nothing even touches it! Any suggestions at all please

Haven't heard of those, I'll have to look into it. Yes I've been given several different laxatives alongside but it doesn't help much, and even when I'm not constipated it's still painful. Yeah pain is literally 24/7, it gets more intense sometimes but even when it eases off the pain is always there. Ended up in A&E Saturday night because I hadn't eaten or moved all day and kept being sick because of the pain, had to be on a morphine drip to get it under control
