Low blood sugar feeling shaky

I have stage 4 endo and I get shaky and my blood sugar drops anyone else ?

Hi I’m new to this forum and just saw this post. I know it’s older but I have the exact same thing so just wanted to share that. Stage 4 endo. But I’ve had that weird low blood sugar thing for 15 years or so. Doesn’t happen often but when it does I almost pass out and see “black” in front of my eyes. It even happened at work once and my coworkers had to get me juice. I’m not diabetic and since it happens so rarely no one knows why it happens to me. But now reading your comment I wonder if it’s the endo? So many things I have seem to come back to endo.
