Endo for me

Hi everyone, this is my first post in the group.

I’ve recently been diagnosed in July following a laparoscopy. It took around a year for me to get diagnosed but I have struggled since around the age of 11. I’ve been dismissed up until the very end right before I went down for surgery as just being ‘unfortunate’ and ‘having bad periods’.

Post op I felt a little better but as of recent I’ve been starting to get symptoms that I had before my surgery. I feel really worried about this incase it’s starting to come back again already.

In joining this group I’m looking to reach out to people with this awful disease and find out there experiences and advice. I’m wondering if anyone had any follow up post surgery and treatment options you were offered for pain etc. Also would love to know when/if anyone experienced symptoms so soon after like me?

Thank you 💛
