Hi, just wondering if you can only ever ovulate from one of your ovaries? The reason I'm asking is I've been trying to concieve for just shy of 2 years finally had my lap which found an 8cm endometrioma on my right ovary and endo on my bladder. I also had the dye test performed to check my tubes and both were clear surgeon said my left ovary was also clear.
What I don't get is if my left side is all clear then why haven't I fallen pregnant when I've ovulate from me left?
Hope this makes sense.

I have conceived my three babies from my right side-my left ovary and Fallopian tube were fused to my abdominal wall although my dye test came back clear from both tubes.
With my pregnancies all my early scans showed a small cyst on my right ovary due to ovulation-meaning all babies came from that side. It may have been coincidence as there’s no real way of knowing whether I ovulate from the left too, but that’s my experience.
Have you spoken to your consultant about your concerns regarding TTC? X
Hi thanks for replying. I was actually referred for my lap by my fertility consultant and I've not had a follow up yet to discuss my concerns not sure when this will be. Xx
