Pain!!!

Hi everyone, I'm new to health unlocked but have been suffering with severe endometriosis for over 14 years. Since my last op (to remove the endo from my diaphragm and pelvic area) I have been suffering with excruciating pain! My pain threshold is usually quite good, like most of us I'm sure! I've been back to gynae and they told me they didnt manage to do everything they needed in my op last time - so I'll need yet another!! Fifth time lucky right?!

Can anyone reccomend any medication or holistic treatment for the severe pain?! I've tried a tens machine, anti inflammatories, tramadol, oramorph - nothing seems to touch it!

I'm also have a lot of problems after my period, where I feel as though everything is inflamed! This then causes more pain and increases when I go to the toilet - any tips for this would also be great!! I've been doing tilted womb exercises but that only eliminates the pain whilst I'm doing them.

Thank you!
