Hello just a quick chat really about something what’s been bothering me a while after I had my daughter 3 years ago I noticed a string like hard lump under my skin near my bikini line I went to gp who said it’s nothing to worry about this was after 2 years of having it my daughter is now 3 the lump is still there but has reduced only just recently when I changed to the endo diet I’ve only just got symptoms of endo about the last 5/6 months got pregnant in that time sadly lost the baby first misscarrige but the thing I want to know is ...is it possible to feel lumps physically under the skin with it I’ve never had this kind of thing before and always keep thinking there’s a link with this lump like something had been mistakenly implanted after my last c section as it’s not on the surface or a shaving lump and is exactly on my bikini line under the skin hopefully I can get some assurance here thanks

Does it become painful or tender just before or during the periods?

Please show it to your doctor. Endometriotic implants usually happen on the section scar. Or beneath it.

Any abnormal lump must be investigated. An ultrasound or a biopsy may be. Ask tge doctor what it is then?

They felt it and everything and said it’s nothing to worry about and that these things happen even when I said it’s been their years they couldn’t explain what it is they just said it’s nothing g.ps these days I’ve gone about different lumps before always get fobbed off think because of the area it is they try and fob you off
