Endo search/bowel

Hi ladies ♥️ recently i had laparoscopy on NHS and they found only 3 spots of endo and discharged me with "healthy". I went after that in private bsge gynecologist and he told me that he is sure that i have endo but as pictures from previous lap was bad quality he recomend to do surgery and he will remove the tissue. But private is £6.000 and for NHS que for him 8 months just only for visit. My question is: because mainly I have pain on my back and bowel ( spots of endo was on left overy) is SOMEBODY was diagnosed on laparoscopy between bowel ? Or I must have colonoscopy? But if I decide to colonoscopy and if it will be normal doctor he won't properly diagnose endo? In laparoscopy they can see between bowel and something else? Or just colonoscopy? maybye is stupid question but I'm aftaid to do colonoscopy if it will be normal doctor who will discharge me with nothing? Somebody had similar problem? ☹️

I don’t know if colonoscopy doctor will know where to look for the endo he/ she will probably have to work together with your gynae for this.

In my experience of having had 3 laparoscopic surgery over the years for endometriosis- on my 2nd after surgery they told me that they found endo on my bowel and that it had fused my bowel to my pelvis wall and that they removed the endo so they could separate it.
