Thank you so much for promoting the anonymous survey of painful hysteroscopy. The hundreds of responses go to the Department of Health to help women get a far better choice of effective pain control depending on their medical needs. There's strong, published scientific evidence to show that women with endometriosis have more functioning nerve fibres in the womb lining and have higher risk of suffering severe pain in outpatient hysteroscopy. The Campaign Against Painful Hysteroscopy wants the option of Procedural Sedation with Analgesia (PSA) for hysteroscopy. Some hospitals already provide this. Other hospitals insist that all women endure Trial by Outpatient Hysteroscopy without anaesthesia before being offered effective pain relief. Here's the survey: docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1...
