Bloating remedies?

Hello everyone,

I'm currently getting lots of bloating and trapped gas from endo. I'm taking charcoal tablets but I don't find them very effective.

Does anyone know of any tablets (anyone ever tried gas-x?) or other remedies that I could please use?

I suffer a lot with this, my acupuncturist told me to drink ginger tea every day, and it really does help with the bloating.

Lol, i just buy the three ginger pukka one. And drink it when its cooled a little xx

Hiya,

I have recently discovered a great supplement called DIM, its meant to balance out your hormones its massively helped with my bloating alongside extra strength peppermint pills. Bloating used to be one of my worst symptoms but i feel i now have this more under control, i still have the odd bad day of endo belly but not half as much as i used to.
