Endo/lap?

Hi everyone. I’m on the wait list for a lap after being told I’ve possibly had endo for over 10 years. My initial lap was pushed back, as I was told it will take me approx 3-6 months to recover, as I also have M.E. I’m really not coping with the idea of being that poorly for so long, especially for something that’s not definitely going to solve my pain issues.

My question is, is it really worth having the lap? If I don’t have it and I do have endo, what will happen? We’ve been debating on trying for a baby now to see what happens, but I do struggle without taking the pill, so unsure how long I’d manage the pain without it! Any help or advice would be really appreciated!
