Hi, any advice on what gov support can be given? I’m about to loose another job because of Endometriosis.

I’ve tried suggesting flexible working but a person in my senior position isn’t allowed this

I don’t know what to suggest but I’m in sane boat I’m in pain currently at work and I need to go home but I’m sat here in pain not saying anything to no one because I need my job and the money, endo should be classed as a disability as I’ve lost so many jobs in the past due to sickness. At this min I dint think we can do anything but I think it’s all been sent to mps on Monday to see if this illness can be seen for his serious it is. Xxxx have you taken a lot of time off

So sorry. I’ve had to leave countless jobs for the same reason. I guess it would be universal credit and possibly disability allowance but I know that’s really hard to get. If you’re senior at your current job, could you apply for other roles where they do allow it or go freelance?

Hello

Have you had an occupational health report done. If they deem that they think it should be counted as a disability there is more weight for them to look into flexible working conditions compared to a standard request.
