Endo and miscarriage

Hello I recently was diagnosed with possible endo without a lap I was told I had a cyst on my ovary one on each however during that time I was trying to get pregnant which was successful I had all the pain of endo got pregnant in 3 month at 12.5 weeks my baby died and im so worried it will happen again I guess I really want to know is how many if any miscarriages people have had before they eventually had a baby with this disease I’m 34 just turned now and have had children in the past which Is a good thing but every time I look up miscarriage I blame my self as my baby was nearly 13 weeks literature says it’s usually the woman’s health when it’s a late miss-carriage I don’t know whether to have a lap as I can obviously get pregnant but the baby didn’t survive

I'm so sorry for your loss Afrohair. I was diagnosed with endo, with a cyst on my ovary and then found out I was pregnant the following week. It had taken 18 months to get pregnant and I'd already had a missed miscarriage at nearly 11 weeks so I was terrified it would happen again but I now have a 3yo dd. Also, just to note, 12.5 weeks is actually classed as an early miscarriage (although I know it doesn't feel like that) so the literature about late miscarriage isn't applicable for you. Thankyou I feel terrible but nice for someone to talk to
