Feeling lost

I'm new here and really pleased I found this forum.

I'm 36 and have 2 children youngest was by c section. Prior to this I've had an left ectopic pregnancy

4.5 years ago I had an ablation and sterilization done (tube removed) because of severe bleeding each month.

1 year ago my symptoms started. The pain I get in my left lower side is pain that I wouldn't wish on anyone. I either nearly pass out or feel like I'm going to vomit. It's so intense. It's nearly every month as well as severe cramps. The pain is is there niggling all the time but when it's that time of the month it's at it's worse. I cant even have sex now as it's too painful.

I had an ultrasound scan and it showed mo cysts on ovary but I have lots of small cysts inside my womb and I have various veins on my womb.

I've seen gyno and had pre op assessment just waiting for a date for laparoscopy & hysteroscopy. This sounds silly but I'm praying it's my left ovary just so they can take it away. I just cant deal with this pain anymore.
