Endo and Acne

I have had acne since starting hormone treatments for this awful disease 15 years ago. Irony, spotless as a teen then in my 20s I'm the font of cystic acne!

So my question is, does anyone else have acne on the same side as their ovarian cyst(s)? Mine doesn't seem to be bilateral which is odd, but I have an endometrioma on the left and all of my acne is that side too 🤔 and yes it does look weird!
