Periods stopped

Hi

I was wondering if anyone had anything similar.

I started on a course of zoladex injections for one year beginning around June 2018 I got my last 3 month injection in December 2018. Since beginning these injections I have had only two periods since in Nov 2018 and one recently last month. I am extremely worried about this as I’m only 23 years old.

Was hoping for some advice or anyone else’s experiences 😊
