Does your pain make you physically sick?

Evening Ladies, I'm in absolute agony tonight all across my lower back, deep in my pelvis and its shooting down my legs. I can barely walk. The pain is making me sick and trying to keep painkillers down is a mission. I still haven't been diagnosed but end of june I had my uterus, bowel and side wall separated as it was all attached with scar tissue. I had a coil fitted in this lap but really thought this was going to help, I'm not even bleeding either. Does anyone else suffer with sickness and what do you do for the pain if painkillers don't stay down? I'm at a loss x

Hi there. I also suffer with sickness with the pain and with disruption to my bowel. I have anti sickness prescribed, cyclizine and ondansetron, I take these, wait 40 minutes then have my pain relief. I have ora morph and I can only take this if I've had an anti sickness. When things have been very bad on the past I was prescribed anti sickness injections which my husband could administer for me as he's a trained nurse. I hope this helps x
