Frequent yeast and BV infections?😩 itchy nipples stopped taking hormonal contraceptives.

Anyone have frequent infections with their endometriosis?

It can happen if you have an extremely upset gut.

You need to revolutionize your diet (fermented foods, raw/cooked/fermented veggies everyday, fish/eggs). No dairy, sugar, refined carbs, drinks with added sugars, fried foods, meat, dairy. Take probiotics, drink lots of water, sleep well, avoid stress. Don't wash too often and only with a 3,5 pH detergent. Make sure to only have protected sexual intercourse + both wash your hands before.

Yes i do all of the above but I do eat fruit no dairy at all I do eat yogurt. No milk

If you tolerate yoghurt that's fine but don't eat too much of it. Fruit is ok but try to cut down all sugar as much as possible. Unhealthy bacteria and Candida thrive on sugar so you need to starve them by eliminating it completely

I've always battled with yeast infections. I found a supplement that helped recently. It's called candaway by nature's best UK. It's got natural antifungals in it. I cut down most of my refined sugar intake but this seemed to help deal with the gut issues and I've not had a yeast infection since last year! You might want to check it out.
