(It's not kidney stones I been tested ) I wonder if anyone else has a similar problem and if it could be linked with the Endometriosis

Are they finding infections each month? I used to get cystitis symptoms but there was never any infection, but had symptoms of endo in the bladder. If it is infections have they tested to see what type of infection it is and then given you targeted antibiotics? Could you ask for a urology referral?

It has become ever month , its been going on for the past year. They keep sending of samples and some come back with uti infection and some are clear but I still have the same problems. I have been to urology all ready and they where all clear they where mainly testing my kidneys and had a scan. I've had that many test. Thank you for your advice

Hope you get some answers soon. Maybe they will do a cytoscopy to look in the bladder although unless it is done by someone who knows about endo I'm not sure they always pick things up.

Yeah I have this too and it's awful isn't it. I was told I have petechial haemorrhages in my bladder caused by endo and getting recurrent UTIs. I had a few years free after surgery then it must have grown back. I'm on antibiotics when needed like yourself. I also use dmannose which sometimes helps and sometimes doesn't, I'm guessing success with this depends whether the bacteria are e-coli or not. I heard about dmannose from my friend who was recommended this by their urologist. The thing I find with dmannose is it is quite expensive when you take it every day for maintenance so not an option for all. I also got told that coffee irritates the bladder and to lay off this which does seem to help a bit too. I recommend drinking lots of water to flush it out too. I'm no expert on what the answer is though as I'm still suffering too, just telling you what's helped me a bit in the hope it helps you. I really do hope you get on top of this. Let me know if you get anywhere.

It is awful I been in a lot of pain this month with it. Thank you for letting me know about that , that is something to consider. I too have been told to not have coffee ,Fizzy drinks and oranges. That really did help me thank you I just needed to know if it could be linked in a way for when I go to gyno next week. By what you said it can be so I very much can be. Its good to know that someone is going though the same thing and the advice really helps. (well not good if your get me ) I will let you know if I get anywhere

Hello. I went through years of experiencing symptoms of UTIs. Sometimes tests would come back positive for infection, sometimes they wouldn’t. Antibiotics didn’t always make a lot of difference, or if they did, it was short term. I was eventually diagnosed with endo inside my bladder too. Regarding uti symptoms, the most effective thing I discovered was actually natural- DMannose. The person above mentioned this too. I took the max dose for a few weeks, then reduced it very steadily over time. It really helped taking a high dose before sleep. I think this allowed it time to work through my body before feeling the need to run to the loo ! I took the maintenance dose for months as a preventative measure. It was really effective for me and worth the money. sweetcures.co.uk/collection...

for anyone reading this and suffering these symptoms please get prescribed vaginal oestrogen as it could really help, especially if you’re getting recurrent infections at low oestrogen points in your cycle or you’re possibly menopausal. Check out Live UTI Free for more info, they’re brilliant
