Mid month Cramping

Does anyone have intense cramping mid month? Struggling and would appreciate any advice of how to cope! Xx

Hi,

Try a hot water bottle, Tense Machine, Ibuprofen & Paracetamol, and plenty of water. Also try to move about as much as you feel up to during the day.

If your pain is after a period it’s probably because your in the ovulation phase. It may be useful to download an app called Clue, on there you can track your periods/pain/feelings and may hopefully help to manage your symptoms more if you can identify a pattern.
