Endometriosis after care?

Hello. I m confused and I know it's still there. I had surgery to zap some tissue of endometriosis but I m getting strong pains as before. I don't know why and my doctor hasn't explained the stages that some girls have mentioned in the post.. please explain

Stage 1 is minimal, 2 is mild, 3 is moderate, 4 is severe. This only relates to how much visible endo is found and doesn't have a relation to the severity of pain/symptoms.

Abalation doesn't have as good a success rate compared to excision, as they are burning off the top layer of tissue rather than cutting it out.
