Sorry if anyone’s been asking questions about this recently but out of interest- does anyone use any CBD products? I’ve just been looking at Holland and Barrett’s website but there are so many different options!

When I was getting to the point when normal painkillers were not helping me, I also went down this route and popped into Holland and Barrett’s for the same reason. This was around a week before I actually ended up having my lap. I found it didn’t really help if I’m honest but I was willing to try anything, I did have codeine but was trying to avoid taking it. I think it helped relax me but I felt it didn’t help with pain relief. I got the spray too. So id I was you, try it because it may work for you. Different things work for different people, you never know! If anything it may help you relax. Good luck!
