Hey, this isn’t really endo related but I kind of need some advice. For the last week, I’ve had a massive rash under my breasts that won’t go away. I’ve tried sudcream, roll on deodorant, cold towels, going bra free but nothing is helping.
It’s so sore, itchy and hot and now my skin is peeling like crazy!
What else could I try? Should I see a doctor?

Maybe miconazole cream would help (topical anti-fungal). Green tea and peppermint oil (diluted; don't use straight from the bottle) are also anti-fungal. If it is really bothering you, then you should see a dr.
I used to get this and after researching online and trial and error, if it starts getting red and itchy I use a bit of Canesten Clotrimazole cream (usually for thrush) and a bit of 1% hydrocortisone cream under there (both from chemist).
Be sparing with the hydrocortisone especially.
I wash it with tea tree soap first (and every day after too). And wash all my bras when I get it as well. If it’s really bad you might need prescription strength creams, they will clear it quickly in my experience!
Hope that helps, it’s miserable when it’s bad and I used to scratch in my sleep which made it worse 😖
I am big chested, so I have dealt with rashes. Especially in the summer. I will use an antifungal like for yeast infection. Or even cream for athletes foot. It looks and feels better within 24 hours. If it doesn't get better after 2 days you may need to go to the doctor.
Try a antifungal and a steroid cream ( eumovate, over the counter) unfortunately with this lovely weather come sweaty boobs, armpits and knicker lines and it where we sweat most and then chaff which is why it now peeling....
Also try wear a vest or gym bra or no bra for a while, i never wear a bra aless i have to( im very small though, boobs wise 😂).
It will go... it nothing serious just good old fashioned CHAFFING 😂
You could try coconut oil on it. Its got natural antifungal properties and will moisturize the skin and hopefully stop it peeling. I have to use it under my arms at the moment. Its worked better than my steroid cream.
