Feeling low post op / mirena coil

I had my first lap mid June, it was a diagnostic and they found a little bit of endometriosis and treated it. I also had the mirena coil fitted. Its been three weeks post op and I'm feeling quite low / anxious. Im not sure if it has to do with either of these or if a change in lifestyle (leaving university and moving back home) that is making me feel like this. Has anyone felt the same after having the coil fitted? And any tips to start feeling mentally better? Thanks
