Unexplainable bleeding

So I haven’t had a period in about 5 months now as I am waiting to have a surgery and they have told me not to bleed or have a break. And over the past week I have been bleeding on and off to the point now where the bleeding has gotten worse and so has the pain with it. I collapsed on the floor the other night in pain because it was like having contractions! I went to the doctor and she said it could be break through bleeding but the amount of pain I’m in when bleeding is concerning, so she’s given a scan to see if it’s maybe a cyst. Since then the bleeding has gotten worse and I’ve been feeling really dizzy and faint, and I’m just worried and so confused as I have not missed one single pill!!

Hi your symptoms sound like mine & I describe it as labour pains, it’s the most unimaginable pain ever & I have a high pain threshold. When I have this pain I also bleed heavy & flood my clothes. I get morphine for it & I have adenomyosis. Have they given you a MRI to check for that? I feel your pain as you can’t do anything apart from be on your knees with it x

Yes labour pains! What’s the difference between adenomyosis and endometriosis? No I haven’t had an MRI to check so maybe that’s a good idea, thanks so much cause yeah I’m in so much much x
