White blood cells in urine

After going back to the doctors for my 6th UTI of 8 months, I've been told yet again I have white blood cells in my wee, and when I asked the doctor exactly what this means, she said it's caused from inflamation from somewhere local. Anyone else been in this position and had it turn out to be endo? I'm tired of being palmed off with antibiotics as I've tried a huge range of them and they have never touched it, which would make sense for it to be something else. I'm going for a scan of the area tomorrow but don't have high hopes as all my previous scans have been clear.
