Has anyone tried quercetin?

If yes, did you notice any change in your endometriosis symptoms?

I'm asking because I came across a mouse study that indicates it might be useful. Quercetin is an OTC supplement here in the US; people often take it for seasonal allergy relief.

I looked up quercetin and endometriosis and there are some interesting articles. Quercetin won't do any harm anyway if you took it, there are some articles on bromelain and curcumin and pineapples and apples. Definitely looks worth trying.
